Is real money being traded?
No. All positions on c8alpha are held in paper-trading accounts. No client capital is at risk because there is no client capital.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time. Standard and Pro plans use Stripe's Customer Portal — cancellation takes one click and complies with the FTC click-to-cancel rule. You'll keep access until the end of the current billing period.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on annual plans. After 14 days, subscriptions are non-refundable but can be cancelled to stop future renewals.
When will the Pro 'Coming Q3 / Q4' features ship?
Personalized backtest sandbox is targeted for Q3, per-position monitoring for Q4. If we miss either window, current Pro subscribers receive a billing credit equal to the delay. We publish a changelog so you can verify what's shipped.
